Seymour Whyte Project
During the Richmond Road widening project, Seymour Whyte Constructions required a temporary warehouse to store machinery and essential equipment safely, protecting them from the elements. ATS provided a light industrial building that was installed directly onto gravel, ensuring a durable, weather-resistant, and quickly deployable solution for their project.

Warehouse Project Overview
Location: Richmond Road Widening Project Site
Structure Dimensions: 15.00m x 20.00m x 3.00m
Installation Surface: Gravel
Primary Use: Temporary warehouse for machinery and equipment storage
Key Features & Customisations
Single Layer PVC Roof – Provides lightweight, weatherproof coverage, shielding equipment from rain, wind, and harsh conditions.
Iso Panel Walling (1 Side & 1 End) – Improves thermal efficiency and structural integrity, ensuring protection from dust and external elements.
4 Panels Per Bay – Modular design for structural reinforcement and ease of assembly.
Centre Lace PVC Walling (1 Side & 1 End) – Allows for flexibility and controlled airflow, ensuring optimal ventilation.
Concrete Weight Anchoring System – Provides stability and wind resistance without requiring deep foundations.
6 LED Lights Installed – Ensures visibility and operational efficiency for nighttime and low-light conditions.
Project Success
This lightweight industrial structure was rapidly deployed to ensure Seymour Whyte’s equipment and machinery remained protected while work continued on the Richmond Road project. The modular warehouse design allowed for quick setup and future reconfiguration if needed, making it a cost-effective and scalable solution for temporary construction site storage.
By utilising ATS light industrial buildings, Seymour Whyte was able to reduce material wear, streamline operations, and improve worksite efficiency with a secure, adaptable, and well-lit storage facility.
