Custom Modular Pool Enclosure.
When Rackley Swimming commenced the redevelopment of their aquatic complex, maintaining uninterrupted service for their community was critical. With construction underway, they required a high-performance temporary indoor facility to continue delivering swim school programs and public access without disruption.

Australian Temporary Structures delivered a custom 15m x 25m x 4m modular pool enclosure, purpose-built to provide a safe, comfortable and fully operational indoor swimming environment throughout the redevelopment phase.
Rackley Swimming Project Details
The structure featured a raised underdeck system built on concrete blocks with a 600mm Floorstak decking platform to fully cover the pool area. The enclosure incorporated 11 bays of insulated Iso panel walls, six bays of clear vinyl wall sections for natural light, a double glass entry door, and a single glass access door. The single-skin roof system provided reliable coverage while maintaining a bright internal environment.

Installed efficiently and professionally, the modular enclosure enabled Rackley Swimming Project to continue trading seamlessly during construction, protecting revenue, supporting staff, and ensuring the local community retained access to their aquatic programs.
This project demonstrates how modular structures provide fast, flexible and cost-effective solutions for aquatic centres undergoing redevelopment or expansion.
