15m x 35m Modular Pool Enclosure Project
When Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre required a temporary swimming pool enclosure over the existing children’s pool at Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre in Lilyfield, maintaining community access while delivering a safe, compliant structure was the priority.
Australian Temporary Structures delivered a 15m x 35m modular structure on 3-metre legs, providing a full turnkey rental and installation solution engineered specifically for aquatic conditions.

The Challenge
The project required a temporary enclosure that would:
Be installed over an operational children’s pool
Maintain public access during works
Meet strict WHS and compliance requirements
Provide safe and weather-protected swimming conditions
Be delivered and installed within a compressed timeframe
Additionally, the removal of the existing structure and coordination with council stakeholders required careful project staging and site management.
The Solution: Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre
ATS supplied a 15m x 35m structure featuring:
3m leg height configuration
Premium aluminium frame system
Stainless steel fittings
Single-skin Ferrari 702 block-out PVC roof membrane
Flame-retardant roof compliant with DIN 4102 B1, M2, BS 5438/7837 and USA NFPA 701
ISO panel insulated wall system
4 glass double doors with panic hardware
Protective door canopies
The modular enclosure provided reliable weather protection while maintaining a bright internal environment suited to aquatic use.

Turnkey Installation Program
ATS delivered a complete turnkey solution including freight, installation, engineering documentation, WHS manuals and technical specifications.
The seven-day installation program included:
Site unloading and temporary fencing
Frame assembly and anchoring
Structural erection using all-terrain forklift and boom
